Kanye West Apologizes On Jay Leno's New Show.

West expressed full remorse for snatching Taylor’s moment and totally regrets the move. He told Leno and the audience, “It was just very rude, period,” West said. “I’d like to apologize to her in person.”

Leno poured the guilt on heavy when he probed about what his mother’s (his mother passed away in 2007 due to a complication during plastic surgery) thoughts would be had she been in attendance. He could do nothing but sit in silence while shedding several tears before answering the tough question. He responded,  “Obviously, I deal with hurt, and so many celebrities, they never take the time off, and I never took the time off, really,” West clarified. “I’ve really never taken the time off. It’s been music after music and tour after tour. And I’m just ashamed my hurt caused someone else hurt.”

UPDATE: Today, Kanye West apologized to Taylor Swift, over the phone, after she appeared on "The View".
