Two Year Old Boy Washed Away In Flood.

(CNN) -- The Flood Continues to race, sweeping people away to their death. The death toll climbed higher Tuesday in Georgia as dry skies over much of metropolitan Atlanta stopped advancing floods. At least eight people have died in the state from the flooding, and one person is missing and presumed dead in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
