This Is In Rhode Island. So 50% of kids drop out and 7% are proficient in Math (That's 93% of kids doing terrible). The argument here is, teachers do not want to stay some hours after school to help better this percentage. Anderson Cooper is right, these teachers are putting there earnings above Children's education.
